Finding a good therapist is like shopping for a good pair of shoes. Why, you might ask. It’s all about the fit. You usually choose shoes that are most comfortable and suit you best. Whether you may have gone to a therapist before or have never been – whether you had awful experiences in the past or none at all. Successful therapy is about finding the right fit; about finding a relationship where you have a safe space to bring any and all of your feelings and challenges.

Utilizing a strength-based focus, I integrate techniques from various theories and modalities such as: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems, grief, attachment and narrative therapy. I am honored to learn from each of my clients and help them in their journeys of healing and growth.
As a therapist, I provide a nonjudgmental and objective environment, with lots of humor and (some) quirkiness. I help adults (23+) dealing with anxiety, depression, mood challenges, grief, medical diagnoses, and life transitions (which I call Adulting 101.)

While this step may feel overwhelming and scary, reaching out and taking the first step shows your strength and courage to live the life you want - on your terms.

So, let’s get started.
