Missy Lardner, PMHNP

My name is Missy (pronouns: she/her) and I'm a Maryland native currently living in Baltimore City. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University in 2015. As a nurse, I have worked with many different populations, from newborns to seniors. While working at Sheppard Pratt, I cared for adults of all ages experiencing severe and persistent mental illness in outpatient programs and the electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) clinic. I received my Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University and am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am particularly interested in depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and alcohol and substance use disorders. I believe in patient-centered, holistic care based on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. Outside of work, you might find me at the movies or a concert, or at the library with my spouse and our son.
